Pool Access
The pool area is controlled by a key fob system. The system allows the gates to be accessible during the pool operating hours. The gates automatically lock at closing time and there is no gate access (in or out) once they lock.
Key fobs (2 per Home) will be provided to Homeowners only. Homeowners who have not received their initial set of key fobs should contact EAM as outlined below.
To obtain pool access, you may access recreational amenities by ensuring key FOBs, dues, and balances are settled at https://portal.exclusiveassocmgmt.com or contact [email protected] or 770-949-5663 with any of your HOA Questions or concerns.
If your key fob has been deactivated due to not paying HOA dues, there is a $50 fee. If you have lost or misplaced your key fob, there is a $50 replacement fee. To ensure proper tracking of all key fobs, make sure that the entry gate is closed at all times. The gate must not be propped open as this can damage the system and cause costly repairs.
